Thank you for shopping with The Home Hax. This policy explains where we deliver, how long orders usually take and what to do if there is a problem with your delivery.

Where We Deliver

We currently deliver throughout the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.

We do not currently offer international delivery.

Delivery Cost

We offer free standard UK delivery on all orders, with no minimum spend.

Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 2–3 business days after your order has been placed.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Estimated Delivery Time

Standard delivery normally takes 2–11 business days after dispatch.

Including processing time, your order will usually arrive within approximately 4–14 business days from the date it is placed.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, such as courier disruption, severe weather, bank holidays or unusually busy periods.

Order Tracking

Tracking is provided for all orders. Your dispatch confirmation email will contain the available tracking details and instructions for following your delivery.

Please allow a short period after dispatch for the courier’s tracking information to update.
